DENIZ HUSREV

I was born on May, 1982 in İstanbul. I graduated from Saint Joseph French High School and completed my education in Industrial Engineering at Purdue University. I began my professional career at United Airlines, leading continuous improvement and 6 sigma projects. I moved back to Istanbul in 2010, after living in USA for ten years and in Argentina for a year and a half. I continued my corporate career at consulting and strategic planning in Pegasus and Eczacıbaşı Building Products Group.

My increasing interest in positive psychology and coaching steered me towards the co-active coaching program with the ICF accredited coaching school, CTI (Coaches Training Institute) and ORSC (Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching) program. Currently I am a masters student at UEL

Applied Positive Psychology and Coaching Psychology Program and the founder of Mavi Baykuş Coaching, Training and Consulting firm and the brand Limitsiz.

I am an associate certified coach (ACC), an active member of ICF Marketing Team and a member of EMCC (European Mentoring and Coaching Council). I work as a personal and team coach and education designer under the brand of Limitsiz. I work as a freelance trainer and coach in partnership with institutions such as NetExpat, Davranış Bilimleri Enstitüsü and İnsparkus.
